I run the tech side of a consulting firm. Most of my time goes to AI integration.

The most interesting project so far: a set of n8n workflows that crawl news sources, run articles through LLMs, and produce morning briefings and crisis alerts. Some are for our team, some go directly to clients. I'm also building a media monitoring and crisis management system on the same stack.

I test models regularly. Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Mistral. Different tasks need different models, and the only way to know which one works is to run them side by side on the actual problem.

On the web side, I built the company website with Next.js — fast, ranks well, and works as a client acquisition tool. Building more sites for clients in PR and marketing using the same stack.

Full-stack development for banking and B2B companies. I owned the whole cycle — talking to clients, designing the architecture, writing the code, deploying it.

I sat between the business team and the engineers and made both sides understand each other. Led technical pre-sales and project delivery.

Ran pre-sales presentations for military and commercial clients, turning architecture diagrams into something they'd actually buy. Also handled hiring, resource planning, and keeping projects on time and on budget.

Built the unified payroll system for the Italian military (Air Force, Army, Navy), covering about 150,000 personnel. Strict compliance requirements, multiple branches with competing priorities, and data integrity rules that couldn't be fudged.

Moved the stack from legacy Java to Seam/JSF and Oracle 11g, which cleaned up years of technical debt.

Co-founded the company. I was the senior programmer and technical lead. We built RFID-based systems for cost reduction and clinical risk management in healthcare.

Built a centralized hospital information system deployed at the Istituti Clinici di Perfezionamento in Milan. Covered admissions, billing, and central reservations using J2EE, Oracle, and Struts MVC.
