Optimus Via — Boutique Consultancy Website

Optimus Via is the boutique management and investment consultancy where I'm a partner, leading AI strategy and integration. Headquartered in Rome and working between Europe and the United States, the firm helps startups and SMEs scale, adopt AI, and compete internationally — from US go-to-market strategy and fundraising preparation to operating-model work — with a founding partner on every engagement. We were on Squarespace and needed a site the team could actually update themselves, whether that's publishing Insights articles, editing team bios, or adding case studies, without calling a developer.

I rebuilt the site on Next.js with Sanity CMS as the backend. The team writes in Sanity's editor, hits publish, and content goes live within 30 minutes through ISR. No rebuild, no deploy.

Analytics was the tricky part because the firm works across EU and US markets. Google Analytics only fires after someone explicitly accepts cookies, and there's a toggle on the privacy page to revoke consent whenever. Vercel Analytics runs separately (cookieless), so there's always baseline traffic data even if visitors decline. The contact form sends branded HTML emails through Resend, with Cloudflare Turnstile handling bot traffic invisibly.
